Concentration Tips

The key factors needed by us to be successful at any thing we do is the concentration factor. If we can focus to concentrate then all the resources we have will be able to flow with the maximum for the purpose of what we need, like when we learn, work, or even doing anything with more concentration would produce the maximum.
Before trying to describe further more, I will simply try to describe what it is concentration. Concentration is the focus or concentration of our minds terhdap one thing we do with other things aside. And keep in mind that each person has a different concentration levels.
In this paper I will first try to explain some of the factors that I think can lead us can not concentrate or that inhibit concentration 1. Do not have a purpose to what is done 2. Lack of interest in the things that 3. Small affairs or thoughts-thoughts that came to the attention of the brain so often break down being centered health problems or fatigue. 4. Do not believe in the ability of self. 5. Boredom 6. Physical conditions are declining or feeling Tired 7. Environments that do not support the (noisy, cluttered environment, or the disturbances that are not necessary)
After learning a few obstacles that can make us not concentrating, I'll try to describe how we are to be able to concentrate. 1. Praying to God Almighty 2. Set targets that we will achieve in doing something, and give clarity deadline will we do 3. Prepare everything in accordance with what we do (good preparation) 4. Providing a challenge to yourself to do something extraordinary. (Give the spirit and self motivation) 5. Focus only on the job you're doing. Try now working on a task, do not think of anything else that has nothing to do with work. 6. Do not let your eyes looked around, but keep it looked in the direction of your work, we must watch our thoughts consciously and prevent ourselves in order not affected any interference that can affect our concentration 7. Do not expose yourself from distractions that do not need such unnecessary interruptions telephone, chat your coworkers, and uninvited guests. 8. Discipline at the time. 9. Physical Condition Notice, if necessary, set a time of rest to recover fatigue in concentrate.
The ability of concentration rather than talent acquired from birth, but habits can be trained. Basically, the concentration is the result of conscious attention generated by someone. Any person with train themselves and develop their interest to improve the ability of concentration so that it becomes a habit that is easy to do at any time necessary. concentration has a tremendous benefit to our lives. Concentrations can increase productivity and provide peace of mind.
Concentration is an activity. Of course, the more we practice and train, will the better the ability of our concentration. We certainly do not expect to be able to become great without training. Likewise, with the concentration. Concentration is like the muscles of the body, the more we practice it, the more powerful it becomes. Indeed, there are no specific exercises that are specific to the concentration, but live gives so many opportunities for us to practice concentration.
